1. Files and text you use in the tools
All 50 tools process data locally in your web browser. When you select a file, such as a PDF or an image, your browser reads it and creates the result on your device. These files and their contents are not uploaded to our server, and we don’t store or see them. The same applies to text, numbers, passwords and other information you type into a tool: it stays in the page and is cleared when you close or reload it.
2. Third-party services the website loads
To work, some pages load resources from external providers. When your browser requests them, those providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page that requested the resource, as is normal on the web:
- jsDelivr and unpkg (public content delivery networks) supply open-source libraries used by the PDF, ZIP and QR code tools. Only the library code is downloaded; your files are not sent to them.
- Google Fonts supplies the Inter typeface used for the site’s text.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We don’t control how they process connection data.
3. Contact form
If you send a message through our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. This is delivered by email to the site owner and used only to reply to you and to improve the website. We don’t sell it or use it for marketing. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time through the contact form.
4. Server logs
Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider may automatically record technical information in log files, such as your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and your browser type. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for a limited period.
5. Cookies and local storage
The tools don’t require cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit; it never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings. WordPress, which powers this site, may set functional cookies only if you log in or leave a comment. We don’t currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
6. Children
The website is a general-audience utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your choices and rights
Because the tools don’t upload your files or create accounts, there is usually no personal data for us to hold about your tool use. For contact form messages, you can ask to access or delete what you sent. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection laws.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
